I understand you! That's why I founded "Aš Irgi Galiu" (I Can Too) - the first high heels platform in Lithuania.
High Heels Training - an exclusive, confidence-boosting entertainment for your event is launching in Lithuania. During the training, Ruta, a certified catwalk and communication specialist from Elegance NY, London Model Academy, and Paris Model Academy, will share techniques for walking in high heels, subtleties, tips for correct posture, and choosing high heels. Karolina, a resident doctor, orthopedist-traumatologist, will share secret exercises that will ease your preparation so that high heels don't become a torment before your most beautiful celebrations,

My dream was to become a doctor. Many ask why medicine? The answer is simple - a desire to help others.
After six years of studies at university, the path to my dream specialty did not end, and I enrolled in orthopaedic traumatology residency at Kaunas Clinics, where I currently work daily.
This project, which unexpectedly appeared in my life, captivated me with its mission – to help women feel comfortable, encourage them to take care of their foot health, and responsibly choose high heels. After all, there must be a way to feel not only beautiful but also comfortable. Therefore, we will strive to ensure just that!
