10. Product Returns
10.1. Unused, undamaged, and good-quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Cosmetic products, shoe care products, insoles, and other hygiene products cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened or if the products have been used. Returns of cosmetic products are not possible if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, due to hygiene and health protection requirements.
10.2. The following conditions must be observed when returning goods:
10.2.1. Footwear can be returned free of charge if it is returned to the Seller's physical store at Mindaugo g. 6-19, Vilnius, Lithuania.
10.2.2. If footwear is returned via a parcel locker or courier, a fixed return shipping and administration fee of 15 EUR will be applied for each pair of footwear returned. This fee covers direct return costs, including shipping, logistics, and goods reception and inspection costs. The Buyer shall inform the Seller about the item to be returned by email to info@irgigaliu.lt, and the Seller will generate and send the Buyer a unique shipment tracking number and instructions according to which the item must be sent to the Seller via the specified parcel locker or courier. Items with independently registered shipments will not be accepted.
